what we collect

— Account information you provide: email address, password (stored hashed, not viewable by us), username, display name, and any profile picture you upload.

— Content you create: videos you upload, comments you post, beholds you give, and saved-video bookmarks.

— Service data we generate: the date you joined, content timestamps, counts of beholds and views on your content, and which accounts you behold or are beheld by.

— Technical data: a device-attestation token (Apple App Attest) that proves requests come from the real app, and an IP address logged by our service providers for abuse prevention.

what we do not collect

— We do not run advertising trackers.

— We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing purposes.

— We do not share data with third-party analytics services.

who processes your data on our behalf

— Google Firebase (United States) — authentication, database, and abuse-prevention services. Firebase logs IP addresses and device tokens for security purposes.

— Bunny.net (European Union, with global CDN) — stores and delivers your videos and profile pictures.

These providers act as sub-processors and are bound by their own published privacy commitments. We do not transfer your data to any other third party except where required by law.

how we use the information

— To operate the app (showing your content to other users, delivering comments and notifications).

— To prevent abuse (rate limits, App Check, blocking accounts that violate the terms of service).

— To respond to law-enforcement requests when legally required.

your choices and rights

— You can edit your username, display name, and profile picture at any time from the profile settings.

— You can delete a video you uploaded at any time. Deleted videos are removed from our database and the CDN.

— You can delete your entire account from profile settings. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, videos, comments, beholds, saved bookmarks, and all derived data. Some operational logs may be retained briefly by our service providers as required for security and billing reconciliation.

data usage

The app streams and uploads video content which may consume significant amounts of mobile data. You are solely responsible for all data charges, overage fees, and costs imposed by your mobile carrier or internet service provider in connection with your use of the app. We recommend connecting to Wi-Fi when uploading or streaming videos.

children

The app is intended for users age 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has created an account, contact us and we will remove the account.

changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
